Through the enquiry form on this website that is your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, property type, the nature of your enquiry, an approximate number of rooms or systems, and anything you write in the message field. If you telephone or email us, we hold what you tell us in that conversation.

Enquiries sent through this website are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored securely in our website database, which is operated on our behalf by our database and hosting providers. We use the information to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask for.

When you send an enquiry, we email a copy to our own team and a short confirmation to you. These messages are sent for us by our website platform’s email service, which processes your name, email address and enquiry details only to deliver them, and sends from our own verified sending domain. Replies come back to help@senergycooling.co.uk.

Our web hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and request details in server logs. These logs are necessary to deliver and secure the website. To limit automated and repeated form submissions, our enquiry form converts your network address into a one-way scrambled value, which is kept only briefly and cannot be read as an address or used to identify you. We do not store your network address alongside your enquiry.

Why we use it
